All repairs happen at our downtown New Haven shop at 157 Church Street, 19th floor. We don't do mobile or on-site repair, but walk-ins are welcome at the shop when staff is available. West Haven customers typically reach the shop via I-95 north to Exit 47 (under 10 minutes outside rush hour), or via the Boston Post Road east through Allingtown. For customers outside the area, we offer nationwide mail-in repair shipped from our Manassas, VA warehouse.

In most cases yes — even when the device won't boot, the storage is often intact. We diagnose whether it's logic-board, display, power, or storage, then recover data from the drive directly when the device itself can't be brought back. Data recovery is quoted separately from device repair.

90 days covering parts + labor on the specific repair performed. If the same component fails within 90 days under normal use, we replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover new physical damage or liquid intrusion after the repair.
