Most repairs are completed within 3–7 business days from drop-off. Crash damage with parts on order can take 7–14 days. We'll give you a timeline with the quote.
Usually it's better to use DJI Care if you have it active — they replace the drone. We're for drones out of warranty, denied by DJI, or where you need a faster turnaround than DJI Care offers.
If the repair cost exceeds the drone's value or parts aren't available, we'll tell you upfront. You only pay the diagnostic fee + return shipping (mail-in) or nothing (in-shop).
Yes — most builds. Bring the receiver, transmitter binding info if known, and any spare parts you have. Custom builds may require a longer diagnosis window.
Often yes — if the SD card and storage are intact. We can attempt data recovery before or after the structural repair. Mention it on the form.
Not retail — we use parts for our repair work. If you need a specific part, we can sometimes source it as part of a repair quote.
