Shipping FAQ.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard Ground shipping is free on every used device and on any order with $350+ of merchandise — it applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. The faster tiers (2-Day, Overnight) stay at their listed price if you’d like to upgrade. Individual repair parts and accessories ship at the standard rate on their own, but still ship free as part of any $350+ order.

Where do orders ship from?

All online orders ship from our warehouse in Manassas, VA 20110. Our retail repair shop in New Haven, CT is for in-person device repairs by appointment only — it does not fulfill online orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to Canada and New Zealand at a flat $39.99 per order. Most parts arrive in 7–14 business days (Canada) or 10–21 business days (New Zealand) plus customs processing. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. For other countries, contact us for a quote.

What time zone are cut-offs in?

Eastern Time (EST/EDT). Our warehouse is in Virginia. If you’re on the West Coast, the 5:00 pm EST Standard Ground cut-off is 2:00 pm Pacific.

What if my order ships after cut-off?

It ships the next business day. We don’t ship Saturday or Sunday (except for Saturday Delivery service). A Monday-morning order placed at 4:55 pm EST ships Monday; a 5:05 pm order ships Tuesday.

Can I change my shipping speed after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — contact us or call (203) 442-6070 with your order number and we’ll adjust it.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Contact us immediately with your order number and tracking number. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and either replace the order or refund you. Our 90-day manufacturer warranty also covers any defects.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not currently. Our New Haven, CT shop is for in-person device repairs by appointment only — it does not stock retail inventory. All online-store orders ship from Manassas, VA.

Are shipping rates taxable?

In most states yes — sales tax is applied to the combined product + shipping subtotal where required. For Connecticut deliveries, CT sales tax (6.35%) applies to both products and shipping.

How much does return shipping cost?

For non-defective returns (changed mind, ordered the wrong part), the customer pays return shipping at carrier rates. You can use any carrier — we recommend USPS Ground Advantage with tracking for the lowest cost. Pack the item with the original packing slip and ship to: CCT Repairs, 11101 University Blvd, Manassas, VA 20110. For defective items covered by our 90-day warranty, return shipping is on us — contact us with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label. See the full return policy.
