Small Parts

The small components that make up a phone repair: charging-port flex, speaker and vibrator modules, antennas, sensors, SIM trays and more. When a device fails in one specific function, the fix is usually one of these inexpensive parts. OEM-grade quality, a 90-day warranty, and same-day shipping from our Manassas, VA warehouse.

Buying guide How to pick the right small part

OEM vs aftermarket: Genuine OEM parts (Apple-/Samsung-branded) cost more but guarantee full feature parity. Aftermarket parts work for most use cases at ~30–50% of OEM cost — best when your device is older and you're keeping it for <2 more years. Check the listing title for grade markers: "(OEM)", "(Refurbished)", or "Aftermarket" / "Hard OLED" / "Soft OLED".

Tools you'll need: Most repairs need at minimum: a Y000 tri-point screwdriver (iPhones 5–8), pentalobe screwdriver (most modern iPhones), suction cup or opening pick, plastic spudger, ESD-safe tweezers. We sell an install kit ($14.99) with all of the above + a magnetic project mat that prevents losing the tiny screws.

Don't have the right tools or experience? Drop off at our New Haven shop or mail in — $39.99 standard install fee applies to most parts (we test the device after installation). Find My Device must be turned off before mail-in repair on iPhones, iPads, and Macs.
