Yes — walk-ins are welcome at our New Haven shop (157 Church Street, 19th Floor) when staff is available, during business hours: Monday through Saturday, 10am to 7pm ET. We recommend calling or texting (203) 442-6070 first to confirm a tech is on the bench and not mid-repair when you arrive — most days that is the case. Booking an appointment online via Square keeps your wait time near zero and guarantees a slot, which matters most for diagnostic-heavy jobs (water damage, intermittent issues) where we will need bench time. Quick repairs like screen and battery swaps are usually doable on a walk-in basis with a 30–60 minute wait. We close on Sunday, but you can still drop a device through the mail slot with a note and we will follow up Monday.
Phone calls and text messages are answered live during business hours (Monday–Saturday 10am–7pm ET). Outside business hours, texts and voicemails get a reply by 11am the next business day. Email ([email protected]) and form submissions through this page get a response within a few hours during business hours; if you submit overnight or on Sunday, expect a reply by mid-morning the next business day. Repair status updates from active jobs are posted to your phone via text as soon as the tech finishes a stage (diagnostic complete, parts ordered, ready for pickup). For genuinely urgent situations — broken screen the day before a flight, dead phone with critical work data — call rather than text or email; we triage emergency drops with same-hour turnaround on most common iPhone screen and battery jobs.
Online orders ship from our Manassas, VA warehouse (11101 University Blvd, Manassas, VA 20110). Standard same-day shipping cutoff is 6pm ET on weekdays for most carriers; Standard Ground orders cut off slightly earlier at 5pm ET. Saturday cutoff is 2pm ET. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the destination and selected service tier. Free shipping kicks in at $50 for Standard Ground, $750 for 2-Day Air, and $1,000 for Standard Overnight. Tracking numbers are emailed within an hour of label generation. The Manassas facility is a fulfillment center only — it is not open for customer visits, drop-offs, or in-person pickup. For in-person service of any kind (diagnostic, repair, pickup of mail-in jobs), our New Haven shop at 157 Church Street is the customer-facing location.

Only the in-shop hands-on diagnostic for tricky cases (water damage, board-level intermittent failures) carries a $34.99–$54.99 fee, and that fee is applied toward your repair total when you approve the work.
Every repair carries a 90-day limited warranty against defects — dead pixels, touch failure, swelling batteries, premature port wear, etc. To file a claim: use the form above with subject "Warranty / Follow-up" and include your order number, repair date, and a brief description of the issue (photo attachment is helpful for visual issues). We respond within a few hours during business hours. If the issue is confirmed as covered, we either re-repair the device free of charge (in-shop or mail-in, your choice — we cover return shipping for warranty repairs) or refund the labor portion. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, water exposure after repair, or third-party modifications. For mail-in warranty cases we ship a prepaid label within 24 hours of confirming coverage.
Yes — we accept mail-in repairs for iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and most Android phones from anywhere in the U.S. Use the form above with subject "Repair inquiry" or call/text (203) 442-6070 to start. We will email a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label and packing instructions within 24 hours. Once your device arrives at our New Haven shop we typically diagnose and email a quote within 1 business day; after you approve, the repair turnaround is usually 2–4 business days for in-stock parts. Return shipping is free for warranty work and any repair over $200; under $200, return shipping is $9.99. Important: Find My iPhone, Activation Lock, and any pattern/PIN/passcode lock must be turned off before mailing. We will reach out if anything else needs your attention.
