Can you repair my iPad with a smashed screen?

Yes — we replace iPad screens and digitizers on every generation from iPad 2 through the current Pro. Older models often have separate glass and LCD; newer Pros are fused. We'll quote the right repair.

Do you repair iPad Pro displays with True Tone & ProMotion?

Yes. iPad Pro displays are more complex (laminated, ambient light sensors, 120Hz refresh) but we have the parts and skills to repair them properly with True Tone preserved where possible.

How long does a tablet repair take?

Most screen and battery replacements are same-day or next-day. Charging port, water damage, and board-level repairs can take 3–7 business days depending on parts. We'll give you a timeline with the quote.

What if you can't fix my tablet?

If the repair cost exceeds the tablet's value or parts aren't available, we'll tell you upfront. You only pay the diagnostic fee + return shipping (mail-in) or nothing (in-shop).

Do you replace iPad batteries?

Yes — every generation. iPads use adhesive-mounted batteries that require careful removal. We use quality replacement cells and restore full battery life.

Do you work on Microsoft Surface tablets?

Yes — Surface Pro, Surface Go, and Surface Laptop. Surface devices are tricky (glued displays, embedded batteries) but we have the right tools and parts.

Can you repair a water-damaged tablet?

Often yes — bring it in immediately and do not charge it. Water damage repair involves ultrasonic cleaning of the board, replacing corroded components, and testing each function. Best results come from quick action.

Do you offer mail-in for tablets?

Yes — use our mail-in repair page. Pack the tablet securely (a lot of padding around the screen) and include the charger if possible.
