CCT Repairs (“CCT”, “we”, “us”) operates mycctrepairs.com, a repair shop in New Haven, Connecticut, and an online store that ships from Manassas, Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order and account details. Name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you buy. We need these to process and ship your order and to honor warranties and returns.
- Repair intake details. Device make, model, serial or IMEI, the problem you describe, and any passcode you choose to share so we can test the repair. Repair records are kept so we can look up your ticket and warranty.
- Payment information. Card payments are processed by Square (in store and online). Google Pay and Apple Pay are handled by Google and Apple. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. Quote requests, contact forms, live chat, emails, texts, and phone calls you send us.
- Site usage. Pages viewed, searches, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use it
- To fulfill orders, perform repairs, and provide warranty and return service.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, repair status, and receipts.
- To answer your questions and quote requests.
- To send marketing emails if you signed up for them. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- To measure how the site is used, fix problems, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working, and the following third-party services that may set their own cookies:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads for site measurement and advertising.

Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need: payment processors (Square, Google Pay, Apple Pay), shipping carriers and label services, our email and chat providers, our hosting and security providers, and marketplaces where we also list products (such as Google Shopping, eBay, Facebook, and TikTok Shop) when you buy through them. We do not sell your personal information.
Your device and data during repair
Your data stays on your device. We do not copy, browse, or transfer your files, photos, or messages. If a repair requires a passcode for testing, we use it only for that purpose. We recommend backing up your device before any repair.
How long we keep it
Order and repair records are kept for as long as needed to provide warranty service and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Chat and contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.
Your choices
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google and Facebook account settings.
Children
Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and payment details are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
