Yes — we use parts and procedures that preserve Face ID. We transfer the original earpiece/sensor assembly, and on newer iPhones we calibrate the True Tone after replacement.
Yes — Galaxy S series, Note, and Z Fold/Flip foldables. Edge displays are more delicate but we have the tools and experience. Foldable inner screens are a specialty repair — call for current pricing.
Power off immediately and do not attempt to charge. Do not put it in rice. Bring it in as soon as possible — fastest action gets the best results. Repair is ultrasonic board cleaning and replacing corroded components.
Yes. We never wipe phones or access your data. Standard repairs (screen, battery, charging port, camera) don't affect storage. We recommend a backup before drop-off as good practice.
We use quality batteries. On iPhone XR and newer, third-party batteries trigger an "unknown part" message in Settings — this is Apple software, not a defect. Battery health, charging, and longevity are unaffected.
Often, yes. Many "won't charge" complaints are actually lint compacted in the port — a free in-shop cleaning fixes it. We'll diagnose first; you only pay if a real repair is needed.
