All repairs happen at our downtown New Haven shop (157 Church Street). We don't do mobile or on-site repair, but walk-ins are welcome at the shop when staff is available. From Hamden Plaza or Hamden Center, take Dixwell Avenue south into downtown New Haven (roughly 10 minutes outside rush hour). From the Quinnipiac University area or northern Hamden, Whitney Avenue south is the most direct route. If a trip into New Haven isn't practical, we offer nationwide mail-in repair shipped from our Manassas, VA warehouse.

We offer both OEM and aftermarket grades for most iPhone screens and components, plus genuine Apple Service Self-Repair (SSR) parts where available. We always disclose the part grade and implications (True Tone, Face ID compatibility) before starting.

Yes on most repairs — the original Face ID sensor assembly transfers to the new display. On models where Face ID is paired to the logic board, certain scenarios can disable it — we confirm the specific impact for your model up front.

90 days covering parts + labor on the specific repair performed. If the same component fails within 90 days under normal use, we replace it at no charge. Doesn't cover new physical damage or liquid intrusion after the repair.
