Do you come to New Haven, or do I bring my iPhone to you?

All repairs happen at our downtown New Haven shop (157 Church Street). We don't do mobile or on-site repair, but walk-ins are welcome at the shop when staff is available. Our shop is right in downtown New Haven at 157 Church Street, 19th floor — between Chapel and Court streets. Street parking on Church Street; Temple Street and Crown Street garages are both within a block. If a trip into New Haven isn't practical, we offer nationwide mail-in repair shipped from our Manassas, VA warehouse.

Do you use original Apple parts?

We offer both OEM and aftermarket grades for most iPhone screens and components, plus genuine Apple Service Self-Repair (SSR) parts where available. We always disclose the part grade and implications (True Tone, Face ID compatibility) before starting.

Will Face ID still work after a screen replacement?

Yes on most repairs — the original Face ID sensor assembly transfers to the new display. On models where Face ID is paired to the logic board, certain scenarios can disable it — we confirm the specific impact for your model up front.

How long is the warranty?

90 days covering parts + labor on the specific repair performed. If the same component fails within 90 days under normal use, we replace it at no charge. Doesn't cover new physical damage or liquid intrusion after the repair.

Do you fix water damaged iPhones?

We assess every liquid-damaged iPhone with an open-and-clean diagnosis — opening the device, removing residue, inspecting the logic board. We share a transparent quote before doing any work. Some water damage fully recovers; severe cases may require board-level component replacement or data recovery only.
