All repairs happen at our downtown New Haven shop at 157 Church Street, 19th floor. We don't do mobile or on-site repair, but walk-ins are welcome at the shop when staff is available. Milford customers reach the shop via I-95 north to Exit 47 (about 15-20 minutes outside rush hour). Mail-in is also a popular option for Milford given the slightly longer drive.
