No. CCT Care is a pricing membership, not insurance, a warranty, or a service contract. It doesn't "cover" a repair or transfer any risk — you always pay for your repair. The membership just makes that price much lower: parts at our cost and a flat $80 labor rate.
Devices you buy from CCT in New or Grade A/B condition. If a device is eligible, you'll see the CCT Care option on its product page and at checkout. Grade C/D devices and devices with Face ID / Touch ID issues aren't eligible.
No — enrollment is checkout-only. You opt in at the moment you buy the device. This keeps it simple and fair (it's not something you add after a device is already damaged).
Cancel anytime. Because there's no credit balance, nothing is lost — member pricing simply ends. You can re-enroll a device later, but a 3-month waiting period applies before you can claim a repair under the new membership.
