The fine print, plainly

No surprises.

  • Cancel anytime. There's no credit balance, so nothing is lost when you cancel — the membership simply ends.
  • Missed a payment? You get a 14-day grace period to update your card. Member pricing stays available during grace.
  • Re-enrollment is allowed if a membership lapses — but a 3-month waiting period applies before you can claim a repair under the new membership.
  • Water damage and board-level repairs are quoted separately — they're not part of the flat $80 labor rate.
  • Repairs are accepted at CCT's discretion. Intentional damage, IMEI mismatch, or altered devices may be declined.
  • It's a membership, not insurance. CCT Care doesn't "cover" repairs — it gives you member pricing on them.

Is CCT Care insurance?

No. CCT Care is a pricing membership, not insurance, a warranty, or a service contract. It doesn't "cover" a repair or transfer any risk — you always pay for your repair. The membership just makes that price much lower: parts at our cost and a flat $80 labor rate.

Which devices qualify?

Devices you buy from CCT in New or Grade A/B condition. If a device is eligible, you'll see the CCT Care option on its product page and at checkout. Grade C/D devices and devices with Face ID / Touch ID issues aren't eligible.

Can I add CCT Care later?

No — enrollment is checkout-only. You opt in at the moment you buy the device. This keeps it simple and fair (it's not something you add after a device is already damaged).

What if I cancel?

Cancel anytime. Because there's no credit balance, nothing is lost — member pricing simply ends. You can re-enroll a device later, but a 3-month waiting period applies before you can claim a repair under the new membership.
