What types of devices do you repair?
We repair cell phones (iPhone & Android), computers and laptops (Mac & PC), gaming consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), tablets (iPad & Android), drones (DJI & others), and many other electronics. If you are not sure, just ask us.

How much does a repair cost?

Is the diagnostic free?
Yes, diagnostics are free on most devices. We will examine your device and tell you exactly what is wrong and what it will cost to fix — at no charge if you decide not to proceed.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. All repairs come with a 6-month to 1-year limited warranty. If the same issue comes back within the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional charge. Restrictions may apply for physical damage after the repair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and most major payment methods. Payment is due when you pick up your device.
Repair Process
How long does a repair take?
Most phone repairs take 1–2 hours. Computer and console repairs typically take 1–3 business days depending on the issue and parts availability. We will give you an estimated turnaround when you drop off your device.
Will I lose my data during the repair?
Most repairs do not affect your data. However, we always recommend backing up your device before any repair. In rare cases (like a factory reset for software issues), data may be lost. We will let you know in advance if this is a possibility.
Do you use original parts?
We use high-quality replacement parts. For some repairs, we offer both OEM-equivalent and original manufacturer parts. We will discuss your options and the price difference so you can choose what works best for you.
Can you fix water-damaged devices?
Yes, but the sooner you bring it in the better. Do not charge or turn on a water-damaged device — bring it to us immediately. We clean and repair water-damaged boards and components. Success rates vary depending on the extent of corrosion.
What if my device cannot be repaired?
If we determine your device cannot be repaired or the cost of repair exceeds the device’s value, we will tell you honestly so you can make an informed decision. There is no charge for the diagnostic in this case.
